Summary: I really liked the layout of this apartment (large bedroom, separate bathroom, great kitchen) and it was really cozy. There is parking on-site and it's a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The pull out couch in the living room was surprisingly comfortable, and it was a quiet stay. I don't think I will stay here again as there was an issue with a tenant in the building who was apparently not okay with the apartment being a vacation rental. He was very rude to me on multiple occasions, and I began not wanting to be there. I even had to walk around the block on one occasion as to not run into him because I was a little scared. The rental owner was quick to work on the issue and I really appreciated it. I felt as if she thought it was my fault that there was an issue, which made me more angry. But she doesn't know me and I might feel the same way if I were her. The building tenant was out of her control and she said this was the first time she had an issue with him. I would recommend this apartment to a very quiet single person or couple.
